So make yummy & delicious easy to make Matar Paneer with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />- 2tbsp Oil <br />- bay leaf <br />- 2 1/2 chopped onion <br />- 1 tsp salt <br />- garlic and ginger paste <br />- puree of 4 tomatoes <br />- red chilli powder <br />- 1/2 tsp turmeric <br />- t tbsp of green chillies <br />- coriander <br />- paneer cubes <br />- 1 cup of curd <br />- 1 cup of peas <br />- 1 cup of water <br />- cumin powder <br />- coriander powder <br />- cream <br /> <br />Method <br />- In a pan heat some oil and add a bay leaf, onions, salt,garlic and ginger paste, puree of 4 tomatoes,ed chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies and coriander <br /> <br />- In other pan heat some oil and toss some paneer cubes in it. <br /> <br />- Add curd in the masala and peas, water and let it simmer for 10 minutes <br /> <br />- Add the paneer cubes in the gravy and cumin powder, coriander powder and coriander leaves and top it with cream <br /> <br />Mattar Paneer is ready to be served!
